92kr Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 92kr ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the website at 92kr.onl and all associated gaming, betting, and account services provided through it.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the 92kr platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Your 92kr account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. You must not share account access with any other person, including family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, or if you notice any transactions you did not initiate, you should contact 92kr support immediately through the live chat function. We will take steps to secure the account, investigate the activity, and advise you on next steps.

Deposit Rules:

• 92kr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method most recently used for a deposit, subject to the method supporting withdrawals.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals above the standard unverified limit are processed. Requests pending verification will be held, not rejected.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours. Bank Transfers are processed within one business day.
• Withdrawal requests tied to bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be processed until the requirement is fulfilled.

92kr offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum qualifying deposit — which are set out in the individual promotion details and form part of these Terms when claimed.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at 92kr unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available one per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated differently for a given promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. The cashier displays your current wagering progress against any active bonus.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Playing certain game types during a bonus may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. For example, slots typically contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. Check individual promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed at 92kr are subject to the rules applicable to the specific product being used — Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, Fish Games, and Betting markets each carry their own operational rules that are displayed within the relevant sections of the platform.

General Betting Rules:

• A bet is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by the platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are shown in the betslip before confirmation. These limits may vary by market, event type, and account tier.
• 92kr reserves the right to limit stake amounts or decline bets in markets where unusual patterns are identified, without prior notice.

• Odds are correct at time of bet placement. Live/in-play odds update in real time and the odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Settlement of cricket bets, including PSL and international matches, follows the result as determined by the official governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned matches are settled void and stakes returned unless a result has been officially declared.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a level that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — 92kr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Accumulators are settled based on the outcomes of all individual legs. A voided leg in an accumulator is removed, and the accumulator is settled at the adjusted combined odds of the remaining legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 92kr. Engaging in any of them — whether successfully or not — will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and may be escalated to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so to claim bonuses or exploit promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not available to regular players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in platform software or games for financial gain. Such winnings will be voided and the player reported.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Colluding with other players — including at live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with 92kr support. Illegitimate chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 92kr content without express written permission.

Game content within the casino and other product sections remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. Game rules, paytables, and terms associated with individual games are governed by those providers' terms in addition to 92kr's own Terms.

The 92kr name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. Unauthorised use of 92kr branding in any form — including social media impersonation, phishing sites, or promotional material not authorised by 92kr — is prohibited and will be pursued accordingly.

92kr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime, performance, and the accuracy of odds and game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

92kr will not be liable for losses arising from:

In all cases, 92kr's maximum liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount of that player's total deposits in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
